Here at Canyon Flats Apartments, we aim to provide student residents and their guarantors with peace of mind. One of the ways we accomplish this is by offering individual housing contracts through a by-the-bed leasing system. Essentially, having an individual housing contract means that residents only lease and pay for their bedroom and bathroom in the apartment, while all roommates share the common space. This style of housing contract means residents of our UNR apartments will never have to worry about their housing if a roommate can’t afford their monthly installment.
A student’s roommate could make or break their college living experience, which is why we provide comprehensive roommate matching services to ensure they end up with their ideal roomie. If a student doesn’t already have roommates picked out, all they need to do is fill out a roommate matching profile and our staff will match them with roommates who share the same hobbies, interests, and living preferences!
