What does Individual Leasing mean?

Each resident signs their own lease for their assigned bedroom. You are only responsible for your own rent, not your roommates'. Common areas are shared by all residents.

What should I bring to my new apartment?

Furniture and appliances are provided. Residents should bring personal items such as bedding, pillows, towels, toiletries, shower curtain and hooks, cookware, dishes, utensils, electronics, cleaning supplies, laundry items, and decorations.

What if I need something repaired in my apartment?

Submit a maintenance request through the resident portal, contact the leasing office by phone or email, or stop by the office during business hours. Emergency maintenance is available 24/7.

How do I pay my rent and when is it due?

Rent is due on the first of each month and can be paid online through the resident portal using ACH, debit card, or credit card, or by check or money order in the leasing office. Cash is not accepted.
